We purposefully label this department as ‘Dispute Resolution and Litigation’ because most cases settle out of Court through negotiation or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) avenues such as mediation. Where Alternative Dispute Resolution fails, our team will proceed to formal litigation. This includes small claims at VCAT and the Magistrates Court of Victoria, and larger claims conducted through County Court of Victoria and Supreme Court of Victoria.
