Introduction: Peter is a registered Health Psychologist and has been working at LifeCare Frankston since 2013. He is professionally trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which he uses to achieve the best possible outcome for individuals and groups within his care.
Professional Interests: Peter has a special interest in working with clients of all age groups who have chronic health conditions and complaints. He has extensive experience in working with clients with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, phobias and also a number of personal issues such as sleep difficulties, stress management and anger management.
Personal Interests: When Peter isn’t working at Lifecare, he enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends.
