Introduction: Mark is a senior physiotherapist and director at Lifecare Frankston and started work at the clinic as a new graduate in 1998. He has enjoyed supporting the general public and sporting population of Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula with their injury management and prevention for the past 16 years.

Mark has been involved as a player and physiotherapist in the Mornington Peninsula Football League for almost 20 years and has been involved with Seaford FC, Langwarrin FC, Pines FC, Frankston Bombers FC, Frankston YCW Junior FC, and Mt Eliza FC during this time. Most recently, Mark has also returned as a player with the Frankston Districts FC in the AFL Super Rules competition.

Professional Interests: Mark has a passion for assisting all athletes to perform at their best, with a special interest in football, cross fit, basketball and netball injuries.

His clinical focus is on knee, ankle and shoulder injuries including preventative strategies, acute injury management and post-surgical rehabilitation. Mark works closely with a number of leading surgeons in these areas to help people of all ages have a better quality of life.

Personal Interests: Family is Mark’s biggest interest, enjoying life with wife Leanne and his 3 daughters who live locally in Frankston South.

Mark enjoys regular training and exercise and his sporting interests include mountain and road cycling, ocean paddling, boot camp and gym-based training such as Pilates, AFL football, tennis, running and swimming. The Oxfam 100km Trail Walker and adventure racing also form a regular part of Mark’s sporting calendar.

The family’s sporting past time is water skiing with time spent enjoying the Murray River and Echuca region throughout the summer months.
