Fit Balls are a great home exercise option and can be used to complete a range of exercises which target your core muscles, lower limb and upper limb workouts. Fit balls are aimed at making your exercise more difficult by taking away a firm base of support and replacing it with the inflatable ball. Our fit balls come in two sizes and a range of colours

Fit Balls are commonly used for patients that require core retraining after an acute episode of low back pain, chronic low back pain, joint instability, lack of core strength, lack of lower limb strength.
